We prefer seasoned combat military personnel with certain technical skills. We do hire trainable associates that show potential beyond the norm though they may have less experience. We also update a list of available temporary personnel who are qualified and ready to go on short notice. Pay varies with experience, productivity and liability etc. All personnel are hired under a binding contract and a Personal Security check that suits our company's overall needs, and is compatible with ITAR, EAR and other government regulations and also compliments our client's specific security needs...
